Saint-Joseph-de-Ham-Sud Vacation Packages

Lovely room with old brick charm. Price was exceptional for the location. Only con was parking but that’s expected for downtown properties.

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

I loved the little apartment. It was perfect for a short stay. The staff were super sweet as well. I do think they could do a better job cleaning, it looked as it had been brushed over. There also was a really stinky and moldy sponge under the sink, so I do think they could do better with the cleaning. It was pricey for the stay so I just think we expect more for the money. It was great to have a laundry.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It was clean and spacious, and all of the staff were incredibly kind.
