Rustic cottage. 700 square foot cottage on the St. Joseph River. Completely remodeled with new kitchen, bathroom, windows and appliances! Floor Air condition unit. Perfect for kayaking and fishing. We have fishing poles, 3 bikes included in the rental. We have a canoe and 2 kayaks along with life jackets. Gas and charcoal grills available. Plan your summer, fall or winter getaway! Perfect for 2, can sleep 4\. 15 minutes to beaches and beautiful downtown St. Joseph.

Perfect for a small family or couple. As advertised, it was rustic, Loved the location on the river. My son and I were golfing and fishing every day, and even caught a few behind the house. The grass in the yard was tall, and someone showed up to cut it as we were enjoying our last evening fishing behind the house. Other than that, it was pleasant.

Our stay in this tiny home was the BEST. Had it been available we would have added an extra day. The back yard was our favorite spot in the morning and after a long day of venturing. Julie was amazing from the beginning and helped fix us up with a rebook of our stay from my own personal mess up. If we come back to the area, we would love to book this place again!!! 10/10 for our temporary home.

The cottage was very cute and clean. The property was actually bigger than we expected. We used the fire pit and the kayaks. It was close enough to town but still felt secluded and private, our son enjoyed having space to run around and be outside. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfectly located, felt secluded but was close enough to everything we needed. Quiet. Bonfire was great addition.Fishing was good, hard to put the boat in, but we handled it! Would stay again.

We loved our stay! The cottage is very nice and cozy and had everything we needed. The riverfront property really is a gem, and the kayaks and bicycles were very nice perks. It was so quiet and relaxing that we're already talking about returning for another visit! We've also been recommending it to our friends.

#### Relaxing Riverfront Cottage

What a great property on the river. Easy river access about 300 feet from the property. Loved that it was on a quite dead end street. This is an older cottage with many great updates. Large property. Close to shopping at big box stores and restaurants. Easy 15 minute drive to the beaches in St Joes/Benton Harbor. Great communication from the property owner. Would absolutely recommend to friends & family. Can't wait to plan another trip here!
