Spacious and Bright Apartment Near Lake Annecy  
  
Come and enjoy the charm of Lake Annecy in this beautiful 75 m2 apartment located in Saint-Jorioz, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the port. Ideal for large families, it can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. You will also have 1 bathroom, one with a bathtub and shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and cozy living room.  
  
You can admire the mountain view from the large terrace, where you can have your meals or relax in the sun. The accommodation is also equipped with many amenities to make your stay enjoyable, such as wifi, a television, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a hairdryer, an iron, and more.  
  
The accommodation is located in a quiet and green area, close to the cycle path that runs along the lake and allows you to easily reach Annecy or the surrounding villages. You will also find shops, restaurants, bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, a cinema, and much more within a few minutes' walk. For children, there is a playground right in front of the apartment, as well as a water sports center and a leisure base at the beach.  
  
If you love the mountains, you will also be delighted to discover the many activities possible in the surroundings, such as hiking, skiing, paragliding, rafting, etc. The nearest ski resorts are about 35 minutes away by car.
