Thank you for staying with us Trevor. We truly apologize for any poor experience and we sorry that your room was not perfect for your arrival. It definately should of been. It seems no guest at the hotel reported any chemical burns or needed any medical attention - as we only use chlorine in the pool. This is very concerning so please clarify. This weekend there was 3 power outages in the area that effected our systems. Our team worked tirelessly to get everything back and running. Its very rare and while most guests were understanding we are sorry this impacted you. We hope you had the opportunity to speak to the hotel while you were there as we are always on hand to assist and make it right because you deserve the best.
