« This was a good pet friendly option for our stay. Our dog was able to traverse the back steps (there are many) to a fenced in yard for a quick pee. Spacious with air conditioning and fans which was important as the temperatures were in the 30’s. A nice touch would have been coffee to go with the generic coffee maker that required some sort of pod. A regular drip coffee machine would have been fine too as I had brought my own coffee. « The house was great for our family of four. I didn't realize there was a bonus half bath upstairs which was a great win! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with all you needed. Was a quick 15min drive to downtown Montreal. Homeowners were helpful to share the Click&Park app which was great to use. There is street parking if there during summer. iGA (grocery) is a 4minute drive and the Depanneur is a short walk. »

« Our family reunion was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The property facilitated this. There were plenty of places to sit and eat outside and inside. We had the choice of cooling down in the swimming pool or in the air conditioning. There were more than enough glasses and dishes for us and our guests. Seven of us stayed very comfortably in the property, and we were able to host the rest of our family for lunches and dinners. »

Then we got there and there is someone living there. When I communicated with the host he never mentioned anything of sharing it because someone was living there. "Très belle prestation et le transfert à l’aéroport est un vrai plus. Nous avons également profité de la piscine en toute détente avant de prendre notre vol le soir. Personnel agréable et lieux propres. Seul petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner, il n’y a pas assez de tables pour tous les clients, du coup y a des gens un peu partout et chacun fait comme il peut pour s’assoir. Beaucoup de queue aussi au buffet du coup… pas de micro-ondes pour réchauffer le lait pour les goûts petits, etc. Sinon le buffet est varié et tout le monde y trouve son compte."

"Un séjour au goût amer : bon potentiel, mais service et gestion client décevants Les points positifs * Emplacement idéal : Très bien situé à Brossard, pratique pour explorer les environs. * Rapport qualité-prix : Les tarifs restent très compétitifs. * Petit-déjeuner : Copieux et de bonne qualité pour bien commencer la journée. Ce qui a gâché l'expérience * Service client et accueil déplorables : Aucun sentiment de bienvenue. Le personnel à la réception s'est montré froid, fermé et peu professionnel. * Problèmes de Wi-Fi récurrents : Connexion Internet défaillante pendant nos trois premières nuits. De retour pour une dernière nuit après trois jours d'absence, le problème n'était toujours qu'à moitié résolu. * Gestion des réclamations inexistante : L'hôtel a rejeté notre demande de compensation faite via la plateforme de réservation. Pire encore, nous avons dû contacter nous-mêmes le service technique pour essayer d'avoir une connexion. L'établissement a des atouts matériels indiscutables, mais le manque de considération pour la clientèle et la mauvaise gestion des désagréments gâchent complètement le séjour. Nous ne reviendrons pas."
