Independent studio located in Saint Jean de Monts, 600m from the center and 2 km from the beach.  
Composed of a living room/living room/kitchen, a sleeping area (1 double bed) and a shower room with WC. Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The entrance is independent. The accommodation is located on the land of the owners.  
Public parking in front of the owners' house located in a cul-de-sac. Electric heating included.  
Sheets and towels not provided.  
Optional: Cleaning charge €30/stay.  
In addition: Tourist tax.
