### Apartment 'Chez Anna' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Relax in this quiet, elegant, fully renovated, single-storey home. It benefits from an exterior and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It's just 1/2 h from the ski resorts and the start of the legendary Maurienne passes.  
  
It is designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people, with a surface area of 60m2.  
  
Ideally located, it's a 10-minute walk from the town center and train station.

Welcome, here is some additional information for your stay.  
  
Linen and cleaning included.  
  
The accommodation is on the ground floor.  
  
It comprises :  
  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden.  
  
\- A living room with a sofa bed 140\*200 with a comforter and two pillows. Please let me know if you wish to use it.  
  
\- A bedroom with a double bed 140x200, comforter, 2 pillows and a wardrobe.  
  
\- One bedroom with 2 single beds 90+90x200, comforter, 2 pillows and wardrobe.  
  
\- A bathroom with shower and washbasin.  
  
\- Separate WC  
  
\- A bike or ski room if required  
  
\- Outside, tables, chairs and deckchairs, ping pong table (except in winter).  
  
At the foot of the ski resorts and mythical cols of the Maurienne: the world's #1 cycling area.
