Rental from Saturday to Saturday (except summer, the days can be modulated) and the week at least. Apartment located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, in a house occupied only by the owner and including a lounge (flat screen tv), a kitchen (fridge freezer, washing machine, ironing board, iron, microwave) , mini oven, coffee maker, toaster ...), a bedroom with a bed 160 memory shape (nine) and a wardrobe, a room with 2 beds 90 (new) and a wardrobe, a bathroom (shower), an independent toilet. Baby equipment: an umbrella bed, a high chair, a bathtub. New double glazing with electric shutter. Open view. There is internet access, but it is capricious, so I prefer not to guarantee full Internet access. 30% deposit. A cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is not clean. No pets. Payment of the rest of the rental price on the day of arrival.
