This 40M2 apartment (with ocean view) has been completely renovated and offers a totally optimized layout for your comfort.  
The apartment comprises :  
 \- A large, pleasant living room with an exceptional view over the bay of Saint Jean de Luz (kitchen, living room, TV, storage space, internet/wifi...)  
 \- One double bedroom with ocean view (with storage space)  
 \- One bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (with storage space)  
 \- Bathroom with Italian shower   
 \- Toilets  
 \- Plenty of cupboard space  
  
Located on the first floor, this apartment is spacious, cozy and very comfortable.  
Lifestyle: everything on foot -> The beach is at the foot of the residence, and the city center and train station are a 10-minute walk from the residence.)  
Its ideal location makes it the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends.  
  
For your convenience, we offer linen rental (sheets and towels) at €30/double bed and €15/single bed.  
A mandatory cleaning fee of 55€ is payable on arrival.  
  
A security deposit of 1200 EUROS is required on arrival (preferably by cheque), and will be returned on departure if the apartment is returned in its original condition.

Excellent séjour, appartement tres agréable, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. Un seul inconvénient : l'absence de parking privatif, compensé par un parking payant devant l'immeuble ou gratuit dans les rues derrière l'immeuble accessibles par un escalier.
