Rustic country house "La Borie", from the 17th century. In the hamlet La Borie 2.5 km from the centre of Saint Jean d'Estissac, 5.5 km from the centre of Villamblard, 25 km from the centre of Bergerac, in a quiet position, 23 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool fenced (8 x 5 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5.5 km, supermarket 5.5 km, bus stop "Douville-Pont Saint Mamet" 12 km, bathing lake "Lac de Neufont" 23 km. Nearby attractions: Périgueux 35 km.  
"La Borie", 4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (120 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
