"I had an amazing stay at this property for the 2nd time. They offer a lot of fun activities , great food and the customer service is great! If I had to choose something would be for the rooms to be a tiny updated. Besides that it was a great and comfortable stay. "

"This is an in-depth and honest review of this property and the management company Hospitality Experts (HE). I am taking my time to write this review because I think it is the best way to show my appreciation for their genuine hospitality. The property. It’s under some construction, but the room itself is immaculate. I call this property the hidden gem. The view, beach, pool its all amazing and quite the experience. Mind you I said the property is under construction and for what we paid for a penthouse it’s an awesome deal folks. The services. The company earned its title Hospitality Experts and let me explain why. We had an AC malfunction when we arrived and Neena was very quick and responsive to this problem. Neena helped us out with all our transportation, information, everything, and anything you need while you are here you text a number and boom it’s done. Really cool. Don’t be shocked by transportation cost. Gas is very expensive here and Uber is unreliable, and you never know who will be driving you. Using their service you are guaranteed an awesome driving experience and if you’ve been to Jamaica you know what I mean. The deli. Folks, I don’t have the words to describe the delicious food the deli has. I was not expecting it because some of the food I had elsewhere was not very good. HE deli was so good, and everyone greets you with a smile and a hello welcoming people for sure. You don’t get this type of service or positive attitude everywhere."

"I didn’t feel very safe and it was nothing like what the pictures showed they had bugs in the kitchen and some kind of mouse or bat poop in the upstairs guest room the only thing I like was the restaurant and the people that worked in it the host was not as nice as other vrbo places I have stayed and very short with answers and we told her about the bugs and her response was unfortunately with a old apartment building you have those issues I have stayed many places and never had any kind of issues like this before therefore I will probably not revisit Jamicia unless it’s a Sandals resort 🙂"

"My family and I stayed at Norwyn’s villa for four days during Thanksgiving and couldn’t have been happier. The property is gorgeous!! Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with individual ac’s, and the views atop the hill are breathtaking. Norwyn and Mr. Evans (property manager) we’re so accommodating and welcoming - we left feeling like family. Norwyn recommended Mr. Oneil, our driver, and he made our time outside the villa even more special. Just like the villa, the vehicle was perfect! No request was too small or large as he drove our group of 7, including toddler, throughout the north coast. The private chef was great, punctual and made enough food to feed us and the neighbors. As a family, we travel often and this is the one trip we keep reminiscing about. Heartfelt thanks to the villa team for running a top notch operation. If you’re reading and unsure if you can trust the pics or other reviews, you can 😊. Book, sit back, relax and enjoy Jamaica. You won’t regret it."

"Our stay was great, apartment was really clean, nice bathrooms, and good space in the kitchen, the view to the ocean just gorgeous. Unfortunately Sea Catles need lots of work, the pool and area around the pool need a lots of TLC, but the place has security 24hr. Overall I'll recommend this apartment, I hope we go back there soon, without a doubt one of the best places so far.. Thank you! Andre was very nice waiting for us to meet with him."

"Miss Rose and Miss Claudine were wonderful to us the entirety of our stay. I appreciate Rose’s efforts to making sure our villa stayed clean. Claudine made us the best dinner and breakfast. Fabian, who was the driver provided by the hosts went above and beyond to cater to our group. I would recommend AFIMI to anyone looking to stay in Montego Bay!"

"I don't know how to get out of this. First I booked this property for January the 3rd and pay for it. After that, the property get to me saying that is not available for that date but it is on later dates. I reply asking for them to cancel and refund the booking which they say they can't do. After contacting VRBO, they appear to be helpless with all that and they say I will receive an email, which I haven't. As a result, we never could stay in this property, I have been charge for it anyway and VRBO's is doing very little to deal with this situation."
