It is located in St. James City on South Pine Island with a broad water way and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. This home has been completely updated. The house has 3 bedrooms with two full bathrooms with walk in showers. The open floor plan is awesome for a vacation with family or friends. Kitchen has new appliances (stainless steel) with large, attached island, family room (65" flat screen TV), and dining room are perfect when you like to invite guests. Swimming pool (heated), as well as the large lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ, invite you to relax and enjoy your fun time. The cement patio on an extra wide canal is a perfect place for fishing or to watch Manatee and Dolphin swimming by!
