Excellent property in Old Quebec. Excellent location w/ fully stocked kitchen. Clean, convient, modern. If driving get parking option at property.

It's a very nice and modern hotel in the heart of Quebec. It doesn't have an onsite reception desk but staff was available to help us out. We were there during the music festival so parking was a challenge as many roads were closed. In a normal time, it wouldn't be too bad as there are some parking garages are within walking distance.

The property was fine. My big concern was the lack of staff. They are fully remote. That means any questions you have, you have to text or call. No one to ask about recommendations for things nearby, etc. The other guests were helpful to point out things that they had learned since they had been there, like milk in the refrigerator in the basement and extra towels down there as well. It just felt a bit odd for a hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The location was terrific! Make sure to secure parking spot before you get there as they only have five total.

The air conditioning unit is placed in the living area and the cooling does not reach the bedroom.
