I appreciated the flexibility and professionalism of switching us to a room more conducive for resting well. The service and staff was above average. We truly enjoyed our visit.

My card got charged twice accidentally because their system was not working properly almost charged a third time. I understand i will get it back cuz its the deposit but still. No carts at the enterance so hard to carry everything up to my floor with 3 kids. Pool was closed temporarily but later opened. Other then that the hotel is beautiful and clean. The sheets are very soft and cozy. Many places to eat around the hotel at walking distance. Extremely close to highway so great gor travel.

Hi Stephanie,Sorry for the credit card issue, the deposit should be refunded soon. As for the pool, we sometimes have maintenance to do so guests are able to enjoy it without any issues. We are glad that these were the only issues you encountered, and that they are easily fixed. Let us know if we can do anything else!

The staff were very accepting of my kitty but even though they spoke English, the guy who checked me in double charged me. In the morning it had to be corrected. He also didn’t know what it meant to make a copy of the receipt. The traffic noise was horrendous in the back of the hotel. Other than that everyone was pleasant and tried to fix all problems and it was very clean and comfortable.

We travelled with our cat. I really liked the bathroom in our room. It was very spacious: there was lots of counter space for our toiletries and the cat's stuff. The floor was clean. Lots of room to have the cat's carrier beside the bathtub area and still get around the room. Grab bars in the tub could have been higher! Very very comfortable pillows! The window sill was almost wide enough to accommodate the large carrier we have for our cat. She enjoyed watching the traffic out the window while I supported the carrier at the edge. She stays in her carrier when in the main room in any hotel so she doesn't venture under/behind the bed or other furniture. Having the bed on a platform with no spaces would be a great idea. The rest of the furniture was very close to the wall so that a cat could not get behind it. There was lots of counter and bench space in the main room, by the way. Breakfast was mini omelets with green peppers: tasty. The only thing keeping this from a truly excellent experience was a noisy party about 1:35 am which woke us up out out of a sound sleep. The noise went on for half an hour or so. I didn't like to confront the (likely inebriated) people! Very handy to Exit 98 to Highway 30 for an early morning departure, when the (Sunday) traffic was lighter. We'll be back- just crossing our fingers there is no noisy party that night.

The hotel is right besides the highway. There’s some road noise all the time but it’s not too bad. But for a dad car enthusiast there’s plenty of cool car passing by.

The suite room was large. The queen size beds were comfortable. The hotel inside was quiet. Highway noise was a bit of a drag on the 4th floor, but the AC provided a good white noise. There was a white noise machine in the room, but it wasn't working. I thought that was a nice touch. I'd stay here again.
