This pretty storey house welcomes you in a pleasant secure residence, 200 meters from the large Sion beach, its sailing club, the forest and the corniche. Market on Friday and Saturday.   
  
Welcome to Saint Hilaire de Riez on the north coast of the Vendée, the ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Vendée: the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Les Sables d'Olonne or the incomparable Puy du Fou park   
  
This beautiful house with a private terrace on the ground floor consists of a living room with TV and sofa, an equipped kitchen area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms with a double bed.   
  
The advantages of this rental by the sea: Television, washing machine, private terrace of 20 m2, garage and private parking space.   
  
Bed and bath linen are not provided but can be rented.
