Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers for rent, in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, this flat with sea view, less than one kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 5th floor with lift, it comprises a 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 17 m² living room with TV, 1 double sofa bed  
\- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
