OCEAN FRONT house with large back deck to watch those beautiful ocean waves! 498 Tarpon is a 2 story, Peaceful Pink Paradise with Large windows and sliding glass doors that provide unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Open floor plan with 2nd story loft with private bathroom, sitting area, pull out sofa, and a deck for star gazing. Situated on a large lot with plenty of space for parking and large garage area available for your parking needs as well. Play on the beach all day, enjoy a outside shower on the deck, and then sit in the adirondack chairs while watching the sun set & dolphins swim by. Book now For Fripp Fun! A few notes about the island - We are club members which means that the Club amenity cards are available for purchase. \*\*\*The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room. The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring. The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring. If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase. Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities. There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir. The vibe from the moment we walked in just struck us! Everything from the layout to the furniture to the artwork. And that ocean VIEW…WOW! The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! We had so much fun hanging out and meeting folks at “the point” and “Tootling” around in our golf cart (so graciously rented to us by the owner). And Jolene, our adorable, 5-year old Morkie, had the best time chasing crabs on the beach! We will definitely be back! The only reason I can’t give it a “Ten” is a problem with the AC unit (broken thermostat). Otherwise, BIG thumbs up! While babies napped inside I was still able to see family on the beach and enjoy views from large deck facing ocean. House was very clean! I gave four stars only because, if the kitchen and furniture were updated this would definitely be a five star stay. Kitchen is well stocked. There is plenty of lounge space for down time for a family of 10\. We would stay here again, for sure!! ##### Carol F. It was absolutely lovely and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies needed to cook. You can’t beat the location, right on the beach and quiet! Amazing in every way. The house was recently updated to perfection. The views, quiet, sunrises and beautiful beach did not disappoint. New paint and carpet upgrades were nice and new! Kathy Folds is a great person to cover our needs. Nice to be able to bring the dogs on the family vacation. House was nice. Could use a little updating but everything worked well (except the vacuum cleaner). Decent beds and linens. Never ran out of hot water, even with multiple showers in sequence. Loved the outdoor enclosed shower. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well appropriated. ##### william o. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Erica G. 18 mai 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Pink Oasis Absolutely stunning viewing of oceanfront.... literally right in front of you.Thae porch runs the length of this beautiful spacious home.Easy to have a golf cart delivered which I recommend....this island is heavenly driving around watching baby deers with white spots nursing on Mama was magical.Spent so much time on this beautiful beach directly in front of you.We fell in love with this house all 3 generations enjoying each second of it all.Stocked beyond measure inside and out....beach towels,toys,chairs,radio flyer wagon,beach shade pop up.Inside was the same......all spices,foils, ziplock bags,coffee filters,etc. I could go on on how dreamy this getaway is.Thank you so much. ##### Erica G.
