470 Tarpon is a lovely updated one-story oceanfront home located on the south end of Fripp Island. This five-bedroom, three-bath home is nicely equipped with new appliances, cabinets, countertops and bar seating for four at newly installed island. New waterproof flooring in kitchen, den, and one bathroom for the convenience of coming right off the beach to relax in comfort on two new couches and newly upholstered chairs.
New Washer & Dryer in downstairs laundry room. perfect for visitors who love the beach and the sound of the rolling waves. Features include an open floor plan, sliding glass windows that open to a sizeable deck, and a separate entrance to the downstairs bedroom. It comfortably accommodates up to 15 people. Four bedrooms and 2 baths are located in the main house. The fifth bedroom with the bunkbed and additional bath is located off the garage and can only enter the house from the outside. Not ideal for young children.

A golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of Fripp Island, or take a ride to get ice cream at the Food Trucks or Island Bites after dinner!

Also included in your rental are up to 15 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
