Located directly across the street from the beach, you can listen to the waves and watch dolphins from the large wrap-around porch. With a reverse floor plan, you’ll find a family room with TV and a single day bed on the lower level. Along with this 2nd living space, there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom, along with balcony access. The two remaining bedrooms on this level have a queen and the other a double twin bed; each has its own ensuite bathroom. The upper level features a large open concept living area with incredible ocean views. There is plenty of room for family gatherings, “at-home” meals in the dining room and everything you need is provided in the light and airy kitchen. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island. The primary king suite is also found on this level and offers balcony access and beach views, as well as a full ensuite bath. This incredible property is centrally located just a block from the Beach Club, tennis, pools and more. And it’s just steps from Beach Access #13. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. Pets - not allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards.
