The great room layout with kitchen, dining, living and game room was fantastic. The kids especially liked having a pool table. I have to say that the house is in need of maintenance. The ice maker did not work, some electrical outlets did not work, shower enclosures need to be replaced and the kitchen needs serious attention and reorganization. With a little work this house would be totally awesome! That said, we loved Fripp Island, the proximity to the water's edge and the deer. I would also like to give kudos to the staff who were always responsive to our questions and needs before and during our visit. ##### Susan S. It was great to be able to enjoy the beach and run up for lunch. Having coffee while watching the sunrise and cocktails after dinner listening to the ocean was amazing. The house comfortably fit our family and friend's family. Property management quickly responded to any questions. However, the house is in need of some serious updating. For the cost of the rental, I expected better house conditions. For example, one of the bathroom tile floors was completely cracked. I was worried about my daughter cutting her foot on the tiles. The handle on the back door was broken. Not all the lights in the house worked. Again, prime location if you want beach front. But don't expect any luxuries! ##### Stacey R.
