The house was as described. Nice screen porch on the front to enjoy the evening. The 4 star for cleanliness is for the backyard not the house. It rained a lot when we were there and that area gets pretty muddy. This was our 2nd stay at this property. It's perfect for us and our dog (who loves the fenced back yard), and comfortably accommodated friends who visited for brief periods. We shall be back! Only fly in the ointment was check-in. The property manager really needs to get his act together here. The house had basically been trashed by the previous tenant and was not ready for occupancy until well into the evening (after we'd been traveling). With that said, he is easy to communicate with and issues were promptly resolved once brought to his attention. We quite enjoyed the rest of our stay, but it started on a sour note, unfortunately. ##### Chuck H.
