Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this elegant house with endless marshviews. The home is centrally located on Fripp Island in the popular Ocean Creek neighborhood and therefore close to everything! You are a short walk to the Cabana Club, Activity Center (and kids club), fishing pier, and more. Take the six-seat golf cart for a short ride to beautiful beaches or to the Marina, where you can grab dinner at Bonito Boathouse or take an island excursion, or just cruise the island to see the flora and fauna Fripp is famous for. The house has a reverse layout with the kitchen, dining, and living room all overlooking the quintessential Lowcountry marsh upstairs. There is also an en-suite second primary upstairs. The first floor has two bedrooms and the en-suite primary. Every bedroom has a balcony attached for a peaceful place to relax and sip coffee or escape the family for a moment! The main living space is designed for family gatherings and entertaining! You'll enjoy movie nights on the large-screen smart TV while food is being served from the kitchen in this open floorplan. After a sun-filled day at the beach, rinse of at the outdoor shower on your way to relax on our large screened porches. The flow of the house is perfect for large families, two families, or up to four sets of adults each using their own room. The house was recently renovated and professionally decorated. It's an excellent place for a family vacation or a fun girls week with both comfort and glitz. There is a large primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom. There are twin beds in one of the bedrooms and queens in the others. There's a pull out couch for kids or the random uncle who always shows up and a day bed with a soft terrycloth covering in front of the main window which, honestly, is our favorite place to lounge in the whole house. Each bedroom has a smart TV for catching the game or watching movies. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. These cards provide access to any of the seven pools, two golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, and the fitness center. Some fees apply for activities. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Included in the rental is a new six-seat golf cart to ride around the island, smart TV's for streaming, towels, and bed linens. There is also a Weber grill on the porch outside the kitchen and a charcoal grill available in the garage. Pets - allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay. The owners were very responsive, manager responded quickly. They offered to get anything we needed if it wasn’t available. Everything was well stocked - there were even paper plates. Golf cart made travel so much easier. I hate that the resort has made club cards mandatory for all the restaurants on the island and SO expensive to buy them for a short stay. Large golf cart charged and ready in the garage, made for one less thing we had to pick up and drop off, too. Like most of the homes on Fripp, however, the only access is a steep set of winding stairs to the front door. Just something to be aware of if traveling with anyone who has mobility issues. Well cared for and an outstanding job of combining a beach vacation with a study in nature. Certainly enough to do with golf, tennis, etc. yet peaceful and quite. Walk or bike or golf cart…we enjoyed exploring. Restaurants varied and delicious. No need to leave the property. We are planning our return trip now! ##### Robert S. We had excellent communication prior to arrival and a seamless checkin. The property was extremely clean and neat. Having Fripper greet us when we arrived was a treat. We were 100yds from a swim club and bar and an animal interaction center. The ( included) 6 person golf cart made a 5 minute drive to the beach or to the marina and Bonita Restaurantfun. Although we didn’t play, the 2 two golf courses were in excellent shape as well as the tennis center and pickle ball courts. We had never been to Fripp and certainly enjoyed the abundant wildlife from our front porch and on every ride around the resort. The beautiful views from the 3rd floor living area, the comfortable beds, and the professional decorations made our stay at this property perfect. The home is perfect for any vacation to Fripp Island.
