Resort Access Included! This modern, thoughtfully decorated, two-story home with a two-car garage is conveniently located on the south end of Fripp Island. Newly renovated three-bedroom, three-bath home. Perfect for visitors interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Just a short walk to Cabana Club and Wardle's Landing, with Island Bites, Sandbar, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, and more just a short golf cart ride away. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The spacious primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. All 3 bathrooms in this home have a tub shower combo. Also located upstairs is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. Full-size washer and dryer in the hallway upstairs. Lastly, the main floor has a 2-queen bedroom with a hallway bath for easy access. Features include updated appliances in the fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove and a new Ninja air fryer. Newly decorated to have a modern vacation home feel, with delicate attention to detail, all new beds, furnishings, and baths. Other features include Smart TVs in every room (4) along with high-speed wireless internet (this property is streaming only). Propane barbecue AND fireplace allow you to enjoy the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The two-car garage has a full-size ping pong table with room to park one car on the left side of the garage. Fully furnished large back porch. The View: Step off onto the large back porch for your morning coffee and look out into the Lowcountry marshland. Take a walk down the road to the cabana club to hang out at the pools or pick up a bite to eat or drink. A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities. Getting to know Fripp Island: Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. I took the mail floor bedroom while my grown daughters moved in upstairs. It was perfectly furnished, exactly as described and in the photos. There were great appliances in the kitchen and the beds could not have been more comfortable. Loved the outdoor porch and the availability of a golf cart. The weather was fabulous, the pool overlooking the ocean was sublime and the convenience to Beaufort for dinner and shopping was perfect. We stopped on the way home from dinner to view the amazing sunset of red over the marsh. There were plenty of deer to see and a few alligators visible along the way. Alot of birds and wildlife were a bonus. It was so relaxing we never turned on a television although there were several in the home. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils and spices, even knives.
