Sleeping nine, our three bedroom, two bathroom home has a gorgeous view of the 13th hole of the championship Ocean Point golf course and all the comforts of home. We are club members and amenity cards are available for our guests to purchase to enjoy the amenities of the resort including pools, golf, and island rentals. As of March 2026 we no longer include the golf cart in our rental. Please arrange for a golf cart at one of the many options on the island \----We invite you to get some rest in any of three comfortable bedrooms: 1)Primary King bedroom w/ Smart TV and ensuite tub and dual shower head 2)King bedroom w/ Smart TV 3)Bunk room w/ full bed, 2 lofted twin bunks, and an additional single twin Full WIFI capability throughout the house. Stream to your heart’s desire, it’s your vacation. Log in to your own platforms through the smart TVs and YouTube TV is provided. \-The living room is an open design for prime socializing along with a 66in Smart TV and the entertaining kitchen with plenty of seating for your group. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for your vacation. There is a dual coffee pot for single serve keurig pods as well as drip coffee and a french press. We also have an accessible washer/dryer for use for our guests. Step outside on the patio to grill out on the gas grill and take in the scenic view of the golfers attempting to avoid our lagoon on hole 13\. Duck if you hear FORE outside! \*The Caddy's Shack is a mile and a half from the beach but a quick 5 minute golf cart ride away\* With a nutribullet margarita machine and gorgeous golf course and lagoon views, it's always 5 o’clock at The Caddy’s Shack. We hope you choose to enjoy our home for your vacation. Please note that unfortunately there is a maximum of 2 cars allowed at this home, there is overflow parking available at Ocean Point Golf Course if needed. Safety and Security: The island is a gated paradise with a 24/7 security team, but we do have an electronic deadbolt lock and a Ring doorbell for your safety, you will be provided with the code on the day of check in. No need to worry about keys! We are full members of the Fripp Island Resort Club and guest amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the two championship golf courses. Guest cards are $55 weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $39 weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities. Guest Cards must be arranged with the owner prior to arrival.A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities Pack 'n Play as well as highchair available for our little caddies Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and must be present during the duration of the stay PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $250 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. \*\*6 Seater Golf Cart included with rental through Beaufort Carts\*\* Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities including golf, pools, and Island Rentals including discounts on paddleboards/golf carts. Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person otherwise. Children 13 and up must have their own card. To visit the island's restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities \*\*The Caddy's Shack includes access to a propane gas grill, beach wagob, cooler, beach chairs and beach toys Once you get to Fripp you'll want to park the cars and enjoy the island through the use of golf carts. With that being said, it's recommended to stop on your way to the island to get all your groceries. You won't want to leave once you're here! There is a small shopping area at the entry to the island, Springtide Market & Mangos, for small supplies and last minute groceries. We do have starter toiletry items/paper towels/toilet paper/dishwashing detergent/laundry detergent but you will want some additional supplies for your stay if longer than a few days. The house is directly beside the pond so bugs are absolutely awful which we understand I would consider putting a candle or something in the house to catch/avoid them. The only complaint we have is we wish it was cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall it’s an awesome house thank you for having us! ##### Brett T. All furnishings are well thought out and comfortable for your get away. The house comes with all the necessary essentials for a vacation and then some! It was almost like being at home as everything we needed was at our finger tips. The location worked for us as it is close to the island center, beach access, bike path, etc. We normally book at the Beach Club Villas and really liked the serenity of the golf course location. It was very quiet and lots of wild life. I give this a five star review. My only negative comment would be to check with the on island restaurants if you are coming off season, as many were not open. This of course is no reflection on the house or the owners, more so the time/season we decided to visit, There are many off island options for eating out and the kitchen has everything to make your meals if you dine at home. Aug 31, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Very nice - good location The property was clean and renovations look great, very modern - great view. The location was actually much closer to the beach and other activities we usually do on Fripp and the 6 seater golf cart was great. It must be new or not metered as it had a lot of power unlike most you get. The windows overlooking the golf course and pond were fantastic, you will see a plethra of different birds and a rookery is just around the corner (awesome to see). Their neighbors were very hospitable and showed us a few things around the island we had never seen before. Owners were very responsive and got back to us within minutes of us reaching out. There was a small issue in the kitchen (nothing unique to this house - could literally happen in any house) and the resolved the issue immediately. Downsides: These would not to apply to everyone - but may be helpful to know depending on your group and needs: The third bedroom is very small, it has been maximized to accomidate sleeping arrangements which is common. Unfortunately it does not leave much room and only one person can be standing in there. This is fine for kids, but was very cramped for 2 teenagers. There is no closet and two of the under beds drawers for storage are blocked by the ladder. There is a large storage closet next to it, but was a hassle to store clothes there instead of the bedroom. Good points the bedroom was very clean and the beds were large. The biggest downside was that there is no outside shower or water spicket which was odd. Without it you are unable to wash/clean feet/legs or anything off outside. We had to use towels to wipe off our feet every time, but then the towels were very sandy and the sand in Fripp is very sticky and the thought of getting sand in someones plumbing gives me heartache. We looked everywhere & couldn't find it or a hose. There is no garage or storage shed. If you bring a lot of things for activities or to use you will need to store them in your car. We've always had a garage and realized how much we used it. Again not a huge deal to probably most people, but we do bring items with us. Highly recommend this beautiful home!! The owner was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We made a lot of meals in the house and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is a quick golf cart ride away from the beach, pools and restaurants. I was beyond impressed with the clean floors of a beach house. Also they have everything that you may have forgotten! Pretty sure I exhausted my bestie going on about all the amenities and cleanliness. Sitting on the porch listening to the gators and birds was awesome.
