Mar 26, 2016 #### Absolument parfait 👌🏻👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻 J'ai tardé à donner notre avis sur cette annonce car le temps me manquait et je voulais en prendre le temps afin qu'elle soit à la hauteur de notre appréciation... Séjour en famille absolument sublime!!! À faire et refaire pour les amoureux de la mer, de la plage et de ses changements d'humeur et de couleurs....TOUT était à la hauteur de la présentation, rien ne manquait. Photos tout à fait réelles. Très joli duplex aménagé et décoré avec goût très bien entretenu par Lucette. Pour la 1ère fois que nous prenions avec les linges de lits, nous fûmes ravis par leur propreté. Lucette nous a très gentiment accueillis puis ce fut l'émerveillement de découvrir les pièces les unes après les autres avec cette vue extraordinaire à toutes les fenêtres et baies vitrées. C'est un cadeau surprise que nous avions offert à notre famille à noël et TOUS FURENT HEUREUX et SUBJUGUÉS par le standing et la vue. La mer ne se retire jamais très loin donc on en profite à chaque instant. Nous avons profité de pluie, vent, tempête mais toujours avec le retour du soleil!!! Ce fut un BONHEUR de profiter de tout cela derrières les baies, au fond de nos fauteuils un livre à la main ou en promenade sur la digue. Nous avons même osé prendre goûter et pause café sur la terrasse, bien couverts, attendant et admirant le coucher du soleil...Notre papa se relevait même parfois la nuit pour admirer les embruns qui venaient chatouiller un peu fortement les baies: on se croyait sur un bateau, bien en communication avec la mer... Une grande qualité non négligeable en plus de l'espace, la beauté des lieux et tout le reste...je tiens à insister sur la disposition des pièces et leur bonne insonorisation qui nous a permis à TOUS de bien nous reposer en vivant chacun à son rythme sans ne jamais réveiller les autres...petits(9 et 11 ans) et grands, les 3 générations ont adorés !!! Nous pensons très sérieusement renouveler cette expérience l'année prochaine. Vous y avez mis beaucoup de gout et de chaleur dans les détails. Chacun avait son petit coin préféré. La vue était telle que le soir chacun était plongé dans un livre ou “méditait” devant le déchainement de la mer (cure anti-télé). Nous l’avons vue dans tous ses états, et avec arc-en-ciel. Jun 6, 2013 #### Un séjour inoubliable C'est peu dire que nous avons apprécié notre séjour à bord de ce "bateau à terre" ! une splendide vue sur le large, tant du rez-de-chaussée que depuis la terrasse où nous avons pleinement profité du moindre rayon de soleil ! Ce serait mentir que de dire qu'à notre arrivée tout était comme sur les photos : c'était encore mieux !! des volumes permettant à chacun d'avoir son espace (nous étions 7 et les enfants ont adoré la mezzanine pour y jouer), un aménagement et un équipement modernes mais hyper chaleureux et une situation de rêve : juste quelques marches à descendre pour être sur la plage !! Et encore merci pour la délicate attention pour l'arrivée !! Cette location à réellement tout pour plaire et nous sommes tombés sous son charme ; vivement le prochain séjour !! ##### Valérie L. À notre arrivée à la maison, tout était conforme et plus encore! La vue: époustouflante L équipement : extrêmement confortable, rien ne manquait, la literie et les fauteuil d un confort extrême. Chacun a pu avoir son espace et aller et venir à sa guise. La situation : idyllique, sur la plage de StGilles, à deux pas des restaurants du remblai et très proche des marchés typiques. Perspective sur l'océan magnifique, absolument superbe. Paysage changeant (pleine mer ou basse mer, ciel, surfeurs...). Vue imprenable, inespérée! Ne manquait plus que cette sensation de mouvement pour se croire en pleine mer à marée haute. Le rêve... Ilôt unique, paradisiaque qui allie paysage maritime et déco design. La magnificence dans toute sa splendeur! Tout nous a plu, absolument tout!!! Nos enfants ont grandement apprécié le logement, la grandeur, l'espace, la mezzanine, le confort...
