You will appreciate its large terrace equipped with a relaxation area ideal for your aperitifs, as well as a true asset: a private jacuzzi with no overlooking neighbours! Sunbeds are also available for you to relax or sunbathe in complete tranquillity. The house offers excellent amenities and is fully equipped and designed for your comfort, so that you can fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends. You will also appreciate its ideal location, with the beach just a 20-minute walk from the house and shops nearby. Upon arrival, you will discover the friendly living area with a lounge corner offering a pleasant view of the terrace. This space is furnished with a lovely sofa, comfortable armchairs and a television. Nearby is the dining area, with a large dining table and a wood stove, ideal for warming up your winter evenings.
