The house comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall with a closet (wardrobe and shelves), a large 60 m² open-plan living/dining room with a fireplace and TV, a second small sitting room with rattan furniture, and an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, four-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso pod coffee machine). Utility room (refrigerator with freezer compartment, tumble dryer, and washing machine), toilet with washbasin, closet (wardrobe and shelves). Master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm) (two single mattresses, 80 cm) and en-suite shower room with closet (shelves and wardrobe). Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (double bed, 140 cm) with wardrobe (hanging space and shelves), 3rd bedroom (two single beds, 80 cm or one queen-size bed) with closet (shelves and wardrobe), shower room with two sinks, toilet, 4th bedroom (two single beds, 80 cm or one queen-size bed) with closet (shelves and wardrobe). Fenced garden (partially enclosed by hedges) of approximately 500 m², large wooden terrace with two awnings, facing south. Garden furniture. Covered patio. Parking. One kilometer along the coastal path, a small cove with a small beach, perfect for swimming, is revealed below via a steep trail. In addition to the magnificent view, the Grand Mont site offers hiking trails, including the famous GR34, allowing you to discover the beauty of the region, with its rugged coastline and typical Breton coastal landscapes. For babies: booster seat, crib, and baby bath. PETS: One small pet is welcome. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
