It has 6 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. This cottage is aimed at families with children or groups of friends. The ground floor and upstairs both have a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area. Thus, you benefit from duplicate household appliances, which is beneficial for families with children. The two master bedrooms on the ground floor therefore have a private bathroom and 1 separate toilet. with 1 double bed 140 cm and wardrobe. For the 4 bedrooms upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 3 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed with a wardrobe or chest of drawers or wardrobe. This cottage benefits from a covered terrace at the front of the house of 20 m2 with table and bench and a terrace of 50 m2 at the back with awning not overlooked. The garden furniture and its chairs can accommodate up to 14 guests. Conviviality isat the rendezvous since you also benefit from your private barbecue and a. bench made of wooden pallets with cushions. You have private parking on the estate. You benefit from a private green space with deckchairs and a gazebo equipped with a table and chairs as well as a mini-fridge. You have an outdoor space to hang out the laundry with 4 washing lines, which is very practical when you have a large family. You can cool off in our infinity pool (12mx6m) to share, benefiting from a large beach with deckchairs and parasols, solar shower with a wooden terrace area and benches made of wooden pallets with cushions. We also have a tennis court, a pétanque court and ping-pong tables to share with all of our guests. Le domaine bénéficie de nombreux avantages (tennis, ping pong, nombreux coins détentes), et la piscine, très agréable, est un atout maître pour les journées d'été.
