### Snow Tram - Proche piste et thermes

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming flat for rent in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, with views of the Fiz mountain range and Mont Joly. Situated within walking distance of the ski slopes, it measures 93 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), en-suite shower room, adjoining balcony  
\- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), wardrobe, balcony access  
\- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds   
\- Bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and WC   
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- Two balconies of 20 m² each, equipped with furniture (available only in summer) to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
\- Free thermal lift 100 metres from the building, providing two-minute access to the thermal baths.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.  
  
Activities :   
Winter or summer hiking, snowshoe outings, skiing, swimming pool in Saint-Gervais and Megève, tennis, as well as the Thermes du Fayet  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-Le Fayet train station 7 minutes away by car   
\- Génève airport: 1 hour's drive by shuttle bus several times a day.
