The living/dining room features a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm), a dining table, and a TV with a flat screen. This room opens up to a balcony, offering a relaxing outdoor space. There is also a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm). The open kitchen is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a combination microwave. The bathroom and a separate toilet are conveniently located on this level. The apartment is heated by gas. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you'll find another room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, a pull-out bed (for 2 persons), and a TV with a flat screen. There is also a shower and a toilet on this level.
