It’s clean and comfortable and the owner and the people working at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. A notre arrivée, grosse déconvenue, personne pour nous accueillir, pas de réponse au téléphone, réception et hôtel semblant fermé. Renseignement pris auprès de l'office du tourisme de Saint Gervais, il semble que l'établissement soit fermé administrativement depuis plusieurs mois. Nous avons du retrouver une réservation à la volée, plus chère que le montant prévu initialement. Je suis très déçu que vous ne preniez pas de précaution pour le suivi des établissements que vous proposez sur votre site et que vous ne protégiez pas les consommateurs de ce type de désagréments. Les chambres sont correctes mais les salles de bain auraient besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Pas de service petit dej proposé. Je suis arrivé, il y avait un dégât’ des eaux dans ma chambre, le personnel a été réactif et m’en a tout de suite donné une autre. Dans celle ci la tv ne marchait pas, je suis allé voir le gérant qui n’a fait que réinitialiser la box tv… sans succès. Le lendemain, personne pr le checkout, donc pas de service de bagagerie.
