You will find a cozy 1-room studio apartment spanning 22 square meters on the 1st floor. The living/dining area features a sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Step out onto the balcony through the exit from this room. The sleeping alcove is equipped with 2 pull-out beds (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), providing ample space for rest and relaxation during your vacation.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchenette is well-appointed with 2 hot plates, a toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, ensuring you have the necessary appliances for your culinary needs. The apartment is heated with electric heating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The west-facing balcony offers a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and comes furnished with balcony furniture, allowing you to soak in the scenic vistas. Additionally, WiFi internet access is available for a fee, and a garage space (n 11) is provided.

Please note that the TV channels are only available in French. The apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm for your safety.
