Stay at Domaine Les Épinettes in Saint-Gervais (Vendée) and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes from the beaches and Vendée coastline. Open year-round on a 2-hectare wooded estate, Domaine Les Épinettes welcomes you for a peaceful stay with family or friends.  
  
The cosy 32 m² space accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom for your comfort. The chalet includes a small kitchen, a terrace with barbecue, and garden furniture—perfect for relaxing together.  
  
Wi-Fi is available at reception for an extra charge.  
  
The estate offers a heated pool (May–September), children’s playground, tennis court, bike rental, snack bar, and convenience store. Enjoy a calm, green setting just a few kilometres from the sea—ideal for unwinding.  
  
Bed linen and towels are not provided; please bring your own. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.  
  
Heating is available from October to April with a free allowance of 25 kWh per day; extra usage incurs an additional charge.  
  
A baby cot and high chair can be borrowed free of charge on request, subject to availability.  
  
You can order bread and pastries at reception.
