Located 500 meters from St Germain and Mons (shops) and 5 km from Bergerac, this 105 m² house is semi-detached to the owners' house. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette and lounge area with Wi-Fi internet access. One bedroom: one queen-size bed (160 cm). Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. First floor: Two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with one double bed (140 cm). Toilet with WC. Electric heating. Enclosed 6500 m² garden shared with the owner and a 520 m² courtyard. 28 m² terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. Linens and electricity included. Towels: €10 per person per change. Sheets: €20 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning: €130\. No baby equipment available. A tastefully decorated cottage in the Dordogne Valley with unobstructed views of a landscaped park. Located 5 km from Bergerac, a town often associated with Cyrano, the famous long-nosed character (created by Edmond Rostand), who was not actually from the area. Bergerac's old town has preserved many historical features, including half-timbered houses. This property is the ideal starting point for exploring the vineyards and fortified towns (bastides).
