Ground floor: living room-kitchen with lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 pers.), Wifi or CPL Internet, 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be combined with 1 double bed), shower room (walk-in shower with WC). Private terrace. Garden + ground in common. If renting sheets, the beds are made on arrival. Swimming + Romagnieu lake leisure center 5km, Aiguebelette lake 18km. Via Rhôna cycle path 4km. Walibi amusement park 9km. Tourism and Handicap label (motor, visual, auditory, mental). Country farm renovated at the end of the 19th century in a small hamlet located 5km from Lake Romagnieu. Beautiful property on a south hillside. Superb preserved country setting. Very good comfort. Pleasant and warm. Large private gravel terrace, shaded and flowery. Vast, gently sloping common meadow. (13,000 m²). Splendid panoramic view of the Savoyard foreland. Superb country farm located 18km from Lake Aiguebelette (3rd largest natural lake in France, renowned for the purity of its waters, in a green setting) with non-motorized water activities. Numerous developed lakes with leisure center near the Rhône including Romagnieu 5km away, canoeing-kayaking on the Guiers. Privileged location for cyclists with the Via Rhôna Léman-Méditerranée cycle path 4km away and for hikers: numerous trails including the renowned GR9 and GR65, St Jacques de Compostelle. For families with children, Walibi amusement park 9km away. Savoyard Avant-Pays region at the confluence of the Rhône and Guiers, to discover between historical sites, castles and small rural heritage. An ideal destination conducive to recharging your batteries and relaxing, between lake and mountains. Another face of Savoie!
