### Villa Muscade - Maison avec piscine partagée

Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 66 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in the commune of Saint-François. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First floor:  
\- 25 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC  
\- Separate WC and washbasin  
  
1st floor:  
\- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A private 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
Communal areas:  
\- A shared (unheated) 8×4 m swimming pool, open all year round and secured by a fence  
\- A lovely 50 m² garden, not enclosed  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

\- Shops and market in Saint-François  
\- Approximately 5 km from one of Guadeloupe's most beautiful beaches: Plage des Raisins Clairs.  
\- Water sports activities  
\- The Pointe des Châteaux, a magnificent peninsula

\- Golf, tennis, water sports (close to a marina)  
\- Walking, cycling or hiking  
\- Casino  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (1 vehicle).  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre Le Raizet, 30 km away.  
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.   
  
Other remarks :  
\- Bed linen and towels included.  
\- Air conditioning in rooms.  
\- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
