It comprises a 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a private/shared, unfenced garden of approx. 500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: \- A 25 m² living room with dining area and open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- 20 m² living room with TV and sofas \- Laundry room with washing machine \- Separate WC 1st floor : \- 30 m² living room with sofas \- Bedroom 1: a master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower) and WC 2nd floor: \- Bedroom 2: two single beds on a mattress (160×200) \- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) \- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190) \- Shower room and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
