### Charming Countryside Retreat with Modern Amenities, Babyfoot, and Nearby Leisure Activities

"Chez Auguste" is a quiet, countryside cottage ideally located for a family getaway: 50 minutes from Rennes, Angers, Vitré, or Laval. Nearby towns include Segré in Anjou Bleu (25 minutes), Craon (20 minutes), and Chateaubriant (20 minutes).  
The cottage is all on one level with a 43m² living room extending into a veranda with a foosball table and a small bar. The panoramic windows offer views of the fields and meadows. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a desk, and two bedrooms each with two twin beds (90x200cm).  
The decor is a striking blend of modern and antique, with a generous dose of creativity creating a stunning result!  
You might even taste the farm's milk, or other seasonal products. The cottage is on a working farm, and you may occasionally see machinery and cows. If you're interested, the owners can give you a tour of the farm.

The nearest shops and services are in Pouancé, 5.4 km away, or in Martigné Ferchaud, 13 km away. The Pouancé market is ideal for local produce; also discover the renowned Guerche de Bretagne market.  
There's a leisure center with a supervised beach in summer at the Saint Aubin de Pouancé lake, 6 km away, with a children's playground, kayak and pedal boat rentals. The Rincerie leisure center in Selle Craonnaise, 17 km away, offers a beach, a wake park, a swin golf course, and more.  
Numerous hikes, including one that passes by the cottage and leads to the Pouancé lake. This former mining area offers several opportunities to retrace its history: strolls through sites such as Bois 1 and Bois 2, the Mine Bleue amusement park, the Slate Museum in Renazé, and more.  
A land of legends, you can explore the Roche aux Fées site and the Enigmaparc amusement park.  
Ask your hosts for advice; they will be able to guide you through the area.  
  
Business stays: 3 adults maximum - mandatory cleaning (1 flat rate per stay of 1 to 14 nights).  
  
Weekend stay: arrival 5pm - departure 5pm  
Stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 5pm - departure 10am. Single-story cottage - Entrance via the veranda, 18m², with bar and table football - Living room 43m² with equipped kitchen area (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee maker, Tassimo pod coffee maker, toaster), dining area and lounge with sofa, armchairs and TV - separate toilet - bathroom with shower and double sink, hairdryer - "La Boutique" bedroom 10m² with 2 twin beds\* - "l'Atelier" bedroom 12.3m² with 2 twin beds, a wardrobe - "La Mine" bedroom 13m² with 1 queen-size bed, a desk and storage.  
The cottage is equipped with mosquito nets.  
Raclette grill - speaker. Terrace area with garden furniture for dining, barbecue, and deckchairs.  
TV - Wi-Fi.  
Toys: Mölkky, board game, and some toddler games.  
Baby equipment: crib - changing table - bathtub - potty - high chair - blender.  
Included: beds made - towels - kitchen linens - electricity 8 kWh/day - wood.  
Optional: cleaning €60 (one flat rate per stay of 1 to 14 nights) - electric heating based on meter reading (over 8 kWh/day) from October 15 to April 15, payable to the owners.  
Pets not allowed. The accommodation is on the ground floor, but access from the outside is over gravel, and the threshold between the veranda and the kitchen is uneven.  
Contact the owners a few days before your arrival to arrange a welcome.

#### Oh la vache ! ;-)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte. Il est grand, propre et bien équipé. Il se situe dans un endroit calme à environ 800 mètres de la mairie. Melissa nous a bien reçu, elle nous a fait découvrir la ferme qui est derrière le gîte. A refaire sans hésitation.
