In a village 15 km from Moulins and 17 km from Decize (Nièvre), this gîte is attached to the owner's house and has a private enclosed garden with a lawn.  
  
Ground floor: living room with fireplace insert, kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed), shower room (shower/toilet). TV with USB port. Mobile phone available on request with a deposit.  
Oil-fired central heating. Balaine Arboretum 12 km. Sports and leisure activities 15 km away. Small shops in the village. Free access to a tennis court.  
  
An extra person can be accommodated (extra bed or sleeping space in the living room).  
  
Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on site at the end of the stay.
