L'appartement est très vétuste : fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, présence de nuisibles, carreaux, portes de placard et lavabo cassés, canapé-lit trop vieux et sale (meme un enfant a mal au dos de dormir dessus), tapis poussiéreux et sale, isolation sonore inexistante. Emplacement pratique proche de commodites. Mettre à disposition de l’eau chaude dans la cuisine. Proposer un double de clé directement. La boîte à clé est loin du logement et c’était pénible de devoir déposer les clés à chaque problème. Le manque de communication entre vous et vos équipes de technicien. Le canapé-lit n’était plus fonctionnel en fin de séjour. L’eau de la Clim se déverse sur le balcon sans évacuation ce qui rend la terrasse impraticable.
