Staff is always nice and friendly, even to those of us who do not speak french well (or at all). Dining options are busy on the weekend, so get a reservation or get in early. Area is beautiful and a great skiing and snowmobile destination. They said that there wouldn’t be anyone on site but not to worry because the door would be unlocked with the keys inside. That was not the case and we have no reception so we couldn’t contact anyone, we called the number as soon as we got reception and of course with the time no one answered but we left a message We were forced to go back to Chicoutimi to get two hotel rooms which cost almost 100$ more than we paid for the yurt plus all the travel for nothing. We are hoping to be reimbursed and compensated for the extras we needed to pay at the last second.
