Located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, this 26 m² studio can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed equipped with a high-quality double mattress (140 x 200 cm). You have a well-equipped private kitchen, private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a television for a comfortable stay. The interior access is step-free. Enjoy a private 12 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor meals.  
  
Cleaning is included. Bed linen, bath towels, a bath mat, and kitchen towels are also provided.  
  
The studio is in a private seaside residence, offering a peaceful environment while remaining close to the main coastal attractions.  
  
Shared on-site parking includes a private parking space. A communal tennis court is also available for your leisure. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.  
  
The beach, promenade, restaurants, and shops are within a 5-minute walk (about 300 meters), allowing you to fully enjoy the seaside while easily returning to the tranquility of your accommodation.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, Virginie est une personne très sympathique qui a pris le temps de nous montrer le raccourci pour la plage et la découverte du logement.
