### Notre Patio - Maisonette climatisée proche plage

Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this fully air-conditioned maisonette with mezzanine for rent in Saint-Cyprien, 300 m from the beach. It has a surface area of 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 15 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First floor:  
\- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×200)  
\- Shower room and WC  
  
Mezzanine :  
\- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×200)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- 10 m² covered terrace, facing ..., with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

\- Saint-Cyprien Sud beach about 1 min (300 m) away on foot  
\- Water sports (sailing, jet-ski, paddle...)  
\- Aqualand Saint Cyprien - Parc Aquatique approx. 6 min (2.7 km) by car
