### Magnificent residence in exceptional Dordogne location, pool, views, park, 

Le Logis is a beautiful18th century house, located in the golden triangle of Dordogne, in the Castles valley. You will be enchanted by its refined decoration, its genuine furniture, the beautiful views it offers and its many advantages. Recently renovated, it has 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms. High quality professional bedding. Rooms are not contiguous.  
GROUND FLOOR: 90 sqm. living room with 4 leather sofas, traditional fireplace, billard, Oled smart TV 77", home cinema, hifi, open on a fully equiped modern kitchen (induction hobs, oven plus microwaves, dishwashing machine, large fridge, freezer, grinder expresso machine, another coffee machine, numerous kitchenware). La Vicomtesse = 1 suite, 160cmx200 bed, separate bathroom with toilets and access both outside and to the livingroom. La Curiosa = 1 room with twin beds 90x200, with its bathroom, exit both to the living room and outside. Les Montgolfières = 1 room with 2 trundle beds 90x200, bathroom. Still on groundfloor : Toilets. Storage area with service wine cellar.  
1ST FLOOR: La Maharadjah =1 bedroom with 160x200xm bed and a bathroom, L'Elégante : 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed and a bathroom. One leisure area with babyfoot and working space, Toilets.  
OUTSIDE : terrace in front of the house, with garden furniture, electric plancha, barbecue, a garden, beautiful view. The garden leads to the panoramic swimming pool area (400 sqm2). The swimming pool (10x5 m salt system) has a large 1s stair ideal for small children. There are 10 lounge chairs, 2 garden furniture sets, one petanque area. There is also a one hectare park with trees and flowers, beautiful views on nature and two 18th century castles.  
ACTIVITIES : Very looked-after situation. Ideal location to visit the most beautiful sites of Dordogne without driving for hours. Le logis is in a very small hamlet, the road is a dead-end. There are stunning views and beautiful sunsets, and you may see deers, birds, and other wildlife animals. At 3-7 km: you will discover : Castles of Castelnaud la Chapelle, Beynac, Les Milandes, Marqueyssac, Fayrac, villages of Castelnaud, Domme, La Roque Gajeac, Beynac... Canoe, horse riding, hiking, cycling paths, climbing... at 7-15 km: Golf of L'Olivarie, Rochebois, medieval town of Sarlat, castles of Fenelon, Puymartin, Commarque, Le Palluel, museums, art galleries, prehistoric sites and caves. Numerous producers markets, and night markets with music and good food. All commodities and services (supermarket, doctor, hairdresser...) at 1-5 km, many restaurants too (in Saint Cybranet, Castelnaud, La Roque Gajeac, and Domme...). In the village (1 km : organic grocery shop, garage, restaurants).
