Nos enfants de 3ans et 8ans se sont régalés et nos vacances ont été plus que réussie dans cet havre de paix ! Raisons suivantes : jardin clos très appréciable grande pièce de vie et cuisine très bien équipée Idéalement situé : accès derrière le jardin qui donne sur les pistes (ont peu mettre les vélos à l’abri dans le cabanon de jardin) et de l'autre côté : accès sur la digue en moins de 5min à pieds. Quartier calme. 2 sdb appréciables et WC indépendant. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais cela n'a pas été gênant pour nous 4\. Nous reviendrons sûrement, je recommande vivement cette location. Les espaces salle de bain et les deux chambres, malgré les lits doubles, sont adaptés pour un couple et ses enfant (la mezzanine est correcte pour 2 enfants de 6-8 ans), pas vraiment plus. ##### François C. La maison était très agréable, très bien équipée et au calme. Nous étions proche de la très plage de la Baleine. La maison est très bien située à saint clément, proche du phare et des pistes cyclables. La maison dispose d’une grande pièce à vivre (salon, salle à manger, cuisine ouverte avec bar) de deux petites chambres et de deux salles d’eau. L’extérieur est idéal pour déjeuner en terrasse. Un barbecue était également a notre disposition. Un accès direct sur les pistes cyclables, par le jardin était idéal pour nos balades en vélo. Possibilité de garer sa voiture juste devant la maison. Très jolie petite maison située à quelques centaines de mètres du phare des baleines. Côté plus « tranquille » et sauvage de l’île. Les restos se trouvent au phare ou plutôt sur Ars (10 min en voiture, 25min en vélo). La maison en elle même est très bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Très lumineuse!! La propriétaire est très sympa!!! Le quartier est très calme ! De belles balades à pied ou en vélo, location dans le bourg de St Clément à 15- 20 min à pied.
