Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 44 m² apartment for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with a shared swimming pool, close to the town center and 350 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and is ideal for a couple traveling with young children.  
  
Welcome to this cozy retreat nestled on the 2nd floor of a charming residence (no elevator), ready to offer you all the comfort you could dream of for an unforgettable stay in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo.  
  
As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by the bright and cozy 17 m² living room, which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen where you can give free rein to your culinary talents. At night, a peaceful bedroom awaits you, with its comfortable queen-size bed. The living room and bedroom overlook the courtyard, ensuring peace and quiet. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, invites you to relax after a busy day. And to stay connected with peace of mind: Wi-Fi is included!   
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (one numbered space).  
  
This little haven of peace includes:  
\- A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area  
\- An open kitchen with everything you need: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and a range of utensils to make you feel at home  
\- A cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), facing the courtyard, ideal for a good night's sleep  
\- A bathroom with bathtub  
\- A separate toilet  
\- A 4 m² balcony, facing northwest, equipped with outdoor furniture — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening aperitif.  
  
You can enjoy a heated swimming pool (approximately 5x10 m), shared with residents and accessible in July and August from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., under the supervision of a lifeguard.  
  
The apartment enjoys a privileged location in the heart of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a lively and charming setting. Just a stone's throw from all the essential shops, you can stroll among the Castines terraces, gourmet restaurants, small shops full of character, and the typical and friendly local market.  
  
Get ready to settle in and enjoy the gentle Breton way of life to the fullest!
