Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 100 m² house for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 400 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First floor:  
\- 45 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and bath  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 2: with double bed  
\- Bedroom 3: with double bed  
\- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (90x190)  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A beautiful 400 m² private enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather  
\- 5 m² terrace at the front of the house  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Activities :  
\- Accrobranches and equestrian center 700m away  
\- Water sports center 1.5km away  
\- Soccer pitch with sports field 1km away  
\- Tennis and padel courts within easy reach  
\- Numerous walks and jogging on the beach   
\- Jazz festival in August  
  
Transportation :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lot opposite the accommodation. Little used by outsiders. Parking spaces are guaranteed for up to 3 cars. A 150 m away, the parking lot of an old shop is accessible if needed.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo 32 km (approx. 45 min by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Dinard-Pleurtuit-Saint Malo 22 km (approx. 30 min by car)

\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
