Discover this beautiful family home of 190m², located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a calm and verdant environment, just a stone's throw from the famous Dinard golf course and magnificent beaches. Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful wooded garden, ideal for letting children play safely, as well as a lovely 40m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to savour your meals outdoors in the beautiful season. From the entrance, you will be seduced by the large, friendly living space, bathed in natural light thanks to its numerous openings onto the garden. The spacious and comfortable living room invites you to relax after your days of activities, around an aperitif, a good film on television or a wood fire in the available stove. The adjoining dining room, open to the kitchen, will allow you to share delicious meals with family or friends. The modern, fully equipped American kitchen provides you with: a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils necessary for preparing good little dishes. The ground floor also has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as a home office space, ideal for teleworking or checking emails in complete tranquillity. On the night side, the house consists of five bedrooms spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and its own adjoining bathroom, for optimal comfort. Upstairs, three bedrooms with double beds (140x190), as well as a room with two single beds (90x190), will accommodate the rest of the tribe.
