### City center patio apartment 100m from the beach

Located in the city centre of the "Ocean" district, just 100m from the main beach and a stone's throw from local shops, Casino-Spa, markets, bars and restaurants; this 80m² apartment is partly situated above a shop and offers a patio with terrace and veranda at the back.   
  
It has two double bedrooms (140 and 180 beds; possibility of splitting into 2 single 90 beds) and a dormitory with a convertible bunk bed (for children and adults) that can accommodate up to 6 people.   
  
The fitted kitchen is open to the living room-TV. It is equipped with gas hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a filter and SENSEO capsule coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (citrus press, electric mixer, etc.). The veranda serves as a dining room and overlooks the patio, which allows you to be away from the centre's hustle and bustle. For maximum comfort, an outdoor lounge, sunbeds and an electric plancha are provided.

Don't forget your bicycles, all year round Saint Brévin is a cyclist's paradise. Set off on the green path lined with pine trees along "la VélOdyssée". Stop by and say hello to the famous Ocean Serpent, a work by artist Huang Yong Ping, which is part of the "Estuaire Trail". Check the tide times as the reptile only reveals itself when the sea is low. Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities from the shellfish area of La Plaine sur Mer such as "Moules de bouchots" and "La Spiruline et Algues de Retz", oysters from the aquaculture zone of Collet aux Moutiers en Retz, the famous Ice Creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the famous cakes and Galettes "St-Michel", and without forgetting the unique local cheese that is as good hot as cold "Le curé Nantais".
