### Charming Coastal Home with Garden, Near Shops & Beach, Pet-Friendly

This traditional Brevin house is ideally located close to the centre and beach of Saint Brevin l'Océan. It features a bright living room opening onto a small, sunny south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to make the most of sunny days.  
  
The house has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, and four comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have 140 cm double beds, a third has a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, while the fourth has a 90 cm single bed. There is also a shower room for your convenience.  
  
During your stay, you can park your car in the garage and enjoy the vast 830 m² enclosed grounds. This offers a paved area around the house, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a garden for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The house sleeps up to 8 people, providing a comfortable space for the whole family or a group of friends.  
  
Optional services to be paid for on site: household linen, childcare, WIFI box.  
End-of-stay cleaning is included.  
  
PETS ALLOWED: €40 SUPPLEMENT €50 SUPPLEMENT FOR ARRIVALS OR DEPARTURES ON SUNDAYS, TO BE PAID ON SITE.
